“Win Your Third Payment” is a promotion organized by In3 NL B.V., located at Meerenakkerweg 1a in Eindhoven (hereinafter: in3).

Participation in the Promotion

1. Participation is free of charge.
   You participate automatically when you pay for a online purchase using in3 between 14 November and 14 December 2025. Each purchase paid with in3 during the campaign period counts as a separate chance to win.
2. One entry per purchase.
   Every participant may enter once per purchase. Employees of in3 are excluded from participation.
3. Promotion period.

The “Win Your Third Payment” promotion runs from 14 November 2025 up to and including 14 December 2025.

A single prize draw will take place on 2 April 2026.

1. Eligibility requirements.
   You are only eligible to win if you have paid your full order in three instalments on time and in full.
   If you fail to pay or pay late, you will be excluded from the draw.
2. Prize details.
   If your purchase is selected, the third instalment of that purchase will be refunded to you.
   • Maximum prize amount: €440
   • If your third instalment was less than €440, you receive that lower amount.
   • If it was higher, you will receive a maximum of €440.
3. Right to modify the terms.
   in3 may change or adjust these promotional terms during the campaign period at its own discretion and without prior notice, provided such changes do not disadvantage participants.
4. Compliance.
   This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance (1 January 2014).
5. Applicable law.
   These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Personal Data

1. Accuracy of information.
   You are responsible for providing correct information. Incorrect or incomplete data may result in exclusion from participation or inability to issue a prize.
2. Participant requirements.
   To participate, you must:
   • Be at least 20 years old
   • Reside in the Netherlands
   • Have made an online purchase paid via in3

Because in3 requires a minimum age of 20 to use its payment service, the same minimum age applies to this promotion.

in3 may also exclude participants for other reasons, such as suspected fraud.

Winners

1. Prize draw.
   The winner will be selected randomly and impartially by in3.
2. Notification.
   The winner will be notified personally via the email address used for the purchase paid with in3.
   With the winner’s consent, in3 may announce the winner on its social media channels.
3. Non-winners.
   Participants who did not win will not be notified.
