  • What is iDEAL in3 

    Discover iDEAL in3: pay in 3 instalments at no extra cost. The process you know from in3 is now integrated in the familiar iDEAL environment. With iDEAL in3, you pay in instalments, just as easily and securely as you are used to from us.

  • What is happening with in3? 

    in3 transforms into iDEAL in3 as your payment option during the checkout process in your favourite online stores. No worries: our app(s) and portals will remain active, so you can view and pay for your iDEAL in3 orders as usual.

  • What happens to my payment history? 

    Everything remains as before! Your in3 account will be maintained, including your payment history, spending limit and outstanding payments. Everything you are used to doing with in3, including viewing your future iDEAL in3 transactions, will remain possible in your account.

  • What happens to the in3 app and the in3 portal?
    Both the in3 customer portal and the in3 app will continue to exist. You can also use them to track and pay for your iDEAL in3 orders. We are continuously improving and expanding our app and portal. So stay on board for all the exciting updates and new features coming up.
  • Switching to iDEAL in3?
    It’s possible! Visit the iDEAL in3 portal and log in with your existing in3 account. Please note that there will not be a dedicated iDEAL in3 app available for iOS or Android.
