Hans Langenhuizen new CEO of in3
From the 1st of June 2020, Hans Langenhuizen will be in charge of the innovative payment method in3. In3, co-founded in 2013 by Patrick van de Graaf, wants to take the next step in this stormy development. With the name change to in3 and the full focus on paying in 3 installments without interest or BKR registration, in3 has been able to achieve significant growth since September 2018. ‘The extreme growth of almost 225% in the first quarter of 2020 shows how much potential there is in the brand’, says Patrick van de Graaf. With the arrival of the new CEO, Patrick Van de Graaf will fulfill his aspired role of CCO and will focus on sales, marketing and partner management.
Hans Langenhuizen is no stranger to the IT and payment industry with multiple positions with ultimate responsibility at, among others, Worldline, Wincor Nixdorf, Aevi and Ingenico Payments. The focus of Hans Langenhuizen will be on the development of the organization in order to realize the ambitious plans. ‘It is very important that we keep up the momentum, we don’t just want to stay ahead; we’re going to run ahead.’
An important part of the growth of in3 is the agreement of new partnerships. ‘We will further strengthen our positioning as a payment method, so that we will no longer fulfill any role as a PSP with immediate effect.’ emphasizes Hans Langenhuizen. Last but not least, there are advanced plans to introduce the brand abroad with a full omnichannel solution. This omnichannel solution will soon be introduced in the Netherlands so that in3 ‘pay in 3 installments without interest will also be available in the physical store. Hans Langenhuizen and Patrick Van de Graaf are confident that with this collaboration they will utilize in3’s full growth potential.
