Long Training would like more people to experience the benefits of respiratory muscle strength training.
In collaboration with physiotherapist Frank Kiewiet and Jules Adriaansen, we started early summer 2022 with the first set-up for respiratory muscle strength training. Where science supports the training and there is a link between this logic and exercises that you can perform immediately in practice.
Our dream? That everyone with breathing problems is aware that there is a way to do something about this. Whether through our course or through another way, it is so very pleasant to have enough air. Will you join us for easier breathing?
