I am Heidy, a down-to-earth Frisian and spiritual coach. My mission is to make spirituality practical and accessible. Since more and more people are awakening and making spirituality part of their total being, I prefer to call myself a new age coach. As an expert by experience I guide you from my own journey through spiritual awakening. With both feet on the ground and an open heart, I help you discover your core and live from your intuition.

However, my journey did not always start this way. I worked for 15 years as a management assistant, where my days were focused on planning and organizing under high pressure. I lived a lot “from my head” and thought this was the way. However, creating is something you do yourself at all times. In 2016, I got in touch with my spiritual channel and began my awakening. This experience completely changed my life. Since then, I have been intensely engaged in spirituality and focus my life entirely on awakening and personal growth from the heart.
